Trash always deliver to wrong address won't answer phone after I just got off phone with them. Will cut u off . Can't get mail on time . Someone needs to do something about them

Like most post offices...Horrendous customer service!!! Phones will not be answered, which begs the question why not cancel the phone service to reduce some of the runaway costs that they incur?...Likely because it would require common sense.

This place is literally a criminal organization. Ive had 5 packages sliced open and/or not delivered in 6 months but all reported as Delivered. Last week the entire neighborhood had about 20 packages all stolen in the same day. Our neighborhood utilizes the lockboxes that require the postal deliver to leave a key, so to steal it youd have to destroy the entire column. You try to report it via phone and it rings forever and disconnects. You go to the post office and the Post Master just says Well look into it, but I cant control what happens after it leaves this office

Does NOT answer the phone. I get my neighbor's mail. God knows who gets MINE! Who's in charge there? Hello? Hello? Hello?
