When they lose your mail they act like its your fault and dont want to help you figure it out.
Lost one package and figured it was a fluke, but then sent out 10 letters and only 4 arrived through this post office they werent returned to me either

Went yesterday to this location and the women didnt even try to help me out with my passport situation for my child. Mind you the baby is on me and she was making so much excuses to not help me and gave me a paper of other places that do the passport even though they do it as well. She told me that I have to make an appointment and then went off saying I can do a walk in and said that they arent doing passport now cause of the time, like she literally wasted so much time finding excuses that she wasted time.

Big shoutout to Art for making our new passport appt smooth and quick! There was another clerk who checked us in quickly. We usually dread going to the post office but we were in and out in about 25 minutes.
