Nasty human beings work here. I called for information on a return label that has to be printed out and they said we cannot help you further. Then hung up. Work on your customer service or find a new job if you hate it that much.

i had my box on the scale , and the worker took it off and said she was going to take the person behind me! granted, they were checking their boxes in, but they had many boxes. i left for briargate postal service and i will never go here again. This location hires some of the worst people

Great location, rudest woman behind the counter. Id rather pay extra to ship UPS than deal with this gorgon knockoff.

I do a ton of shipping, especially every fall, and I ALWAYS use Rockrimmon Postal Services. They are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy and efficient! Plus, they keep a great supply of packing materials.
