Lost my son's picture this year and never admitted it, just always got a "we'll look into it" response. Retake day came and went so no opportunity to take another one at this point. I have requested a refund twice through chat and twice through email. BEYOND disappointed and frustrated!

This place operates as online only. They try and scam random people for profit. I placed 2 orders with them so far and they mark items shipped without eve sending them out ! I have informed delivery usps and they got caught twice in a lie. They make it hard to get to support. Put 2 and 2 together, don't be a fool and look for other options.
