Photographer took softball pictures of my daughter's team for Widefield HS. He mispelled her last name on the photo. I contacted him, he assured me he would get the photo correcyed and mailed out. Close to four months later and multiple phone calls, he still has yet to correct the photo. Poor service for rather expensive photos.

My son who just started is freshman year brought home their flyer for team photos. Looking ata the flyer and their ridiculous prices I noticed they have an option to pick packages A thru W but only have 16 packages shown. I then tried to find a website, email address, or contact info other than a street address for the company. I was more than unsuccessful. What company that has been in business since 1998 is not on the internet? I can only find 2 reviews for the company one good and one bad. I am more than leery paying such an outrageous price for pictures from a company that has been in business for 17 years and is not established on the web and only has 2 reviews. The worst part is if I want any "team or individual" football pictures of my son during his freshman year, ultimately I have no choice. I am very surprised that a school would pick such a company and if possible they won't be the company taking the pictures next year.....I DO NOT RECOMEND!!

Hired to shoot photos of Little League team in May 2009. All parents paid up front, but we did not get the photos until Aug 2009 after several parents contacted police about possible fraud. Photographer claimed all sorts of problems including the "photos did not fit in our envelope" to mail out (these are 4"6" and 5"x8" shots). Pretty silly ... The photos themselves were decent quality, nothing great. However, the team photo was spoiled by the placement of rather large text "colorado classic photography" on the bottom. If I buy the photos, why would I want that on the bottom? Bottom line: This should have been easy. Guy shows up with digital camera, snaps pics, uploads to processor, sends to parents. Why would that take several months and a police report to get the job done? ... and then pacing an oversized advertisement on the bottom of the team photo? I would say you are better off choosing another photographer if the pictures are going to be important.
