She got all 3 of my dogs in on a Saturday. Very nice, dogs look and smell great! Very reasonable prices. Highly recommend. We will be back!

This was not a good experience. My wife dropped off our dog, a Golden retriever mix, for a wash and trim. This was our first time taking him there and we felt comfortable doing so based on all the positive reviews we read. The bad part came when my wife called to see if he would be done on time, Groomer asked if we wanted them to put something on his rash before we picked him up. We let them know that our dog did not have a rash and not to do anything. Soon after, my wife went to pick up our dog and found that he had a wound on his side about 4 x 3. When my wife confronted the groomer, the groomer stated that the wound must have already been there, because she didnt cause it and when pressed, continued to deny any responsibility. The vet said that the wound looked like a burn of some sort (no way a rash), but to me it looked like a cut from sharp electric clippers. Now, after several months of my buddy wearing a cone to keep him from agitating the area, which had a large scab, he is healed up with only a scar remaining. Though continuing to deny any responsibility, the groomer offered and paid the vet bill. I am still upset that someone could do something like this and not be forthright on how it happened and offer some sort of an apology. Although a minor point, the wash that was done was ok, but the trim (aside from the wound), in our opinion was just bad and not a cut based on breed with splotches everywhere. In the future, we will only be taking out pets to groomers that are on our vets reference list
