We were staying at the Broadmoor over the holidays and had a day trip planned that our dog would not be permitted on. So he had a great day at Central Bark and slept very well that night back at the hotel. Everyone we met was great and the rates were very affordable. Thanks for taking care of Schuyler on short notice.

This was the first time boarding our 1.5 year old dog. The prices were average, the location was close to us, and they had good reviews so we chose them. We went in about a week before so our dog could visit and play for the day and attempt to get use to the facility. He didn't do very well (very shy and scared) so they recommended another day before being boarded. This was very kind of them especially because it's all free. After the 2nd time they said he did a lot better. The facility as no outdoor ground for them to play on so I was a little confused where they use the bathroom. Also, the 2nd time I picked up my dog after a play day the only worker there couldn't find my dog so I had to go with her to find him. We went back to the second area that was dark, wet (I guess they spray the cages after the dogs go to the bathroom in them), and there were so many dogs back there as opposed to the front section where the play pens are etc. It really threw me off but at the time I had no choice but to board my dog for the following week. So i boarded my dog for 4 days and called hal way to see how he was doing (which of course they said he was doing great). Well ever since my dog has been boarded (1.5 months ago) he was turned very jumpy and spazzy. I'm not sure what happened but if you are lying on the couch and barely touch his tail or legs with your foot he growls, jumps, and runs. Then he turns around and realizes all is okay. I don't know what happened there but he just isn't the same and it breaks my heart that he has turned so jumpy around us. I just hope he snaps out of it soon because we love him and he has nothing to worry about.

The best Dog Day Care my pooches have been to. My dog looks forward to the days she goes to Central Bark and she always comes home tired. The staff and owner are very personable and provide outstanding customer service. They take great care of the animals entrusted to them and I would not hesitate to recommend this day care to anyone looking for a place for their dog to spend a day. I have not used their boarding services yet but I am sure it is just as good.
