When I picked my dog up, he had significant wounds to his tail. I did not get a call about a problem beforehand. The owner told me he "flipped the table" when a new groomer went to clip his nails. She said she took him to the vet next door but did not get any antibiotics for his open wounds. Then my credit card was doubly charged even though she said she paid for the vet. After four days of not responding to my calls, I went in and she scrambled to give me cash to "make it right. I ended up taking him to my vet who prescribed 2 weeks of antibiotics and pain pills for $150. My dog is 3 and has been to groomers since he was 6 months,and never had a problem before this. I will not be taking him back to Diamonds in the Ruff.

Love this place! 😀 Elizabeth is the best Groomer in Colorado Springs... that's for sure!

I took my weim to get his first grooming here for nails and bath and the staff was excellent. They were so gentle with my pup and affectionate with him as well. Would highly recommend them to anyone in the future.
