Says walk in welcome showed up 30 min before open and waited and was told I need a appointment. Have been hear before but wont be back

Friendly staff, clean facilities, and they have everything you need. The fact you can wash your pet yourself and still use all the amenities is amazing! I take my dog there everytime.

This is the first time We were ever treated this way. No were to dry Addie they were working on other dogs which is fine but we had an appointment we should be able to use the dryers.
