Adventure Spec

This business needs a working phone # in customer service that someone answers. Phone calls are going to a voice mailbox that is full. E-mails sent to this business also go un-answered. I'm leaving 1 star because I did actually receive the order that I placed for a Rack but hardware did not come with it. I am now going on 24 days without being able to assemble the product and use it. If by chance someone at Adventure Spec monitors these reviews, please send hardware to complete my order and you will not have to worry about me ordering again from you.

Ordered my parts 9/6/21 and it's been 14 days without any notifications of them shipping it. Emailed and no response... called and Patrick says it's out of stock in the States and waiting for new shipment to come in from England or wherever (had no idea when it will be shipped). Fine... that part is understandable BUT why would you state that it's in stock on your website but not? This has delayed my project and very unsatisfied by the lack of email responses/updates. Update 9/27: Still nothing. Still no email response. How is it that I ordered something from China and gets here in a week and Adventure Spec takes 3 weeks without giving me any notification? Doesnt matter if you make great stuff; fix your customer service. Taking away a star. Update 10/5: Still nothing. It looks like AS shipped it on 10/1 An expedited shipping for A customer who has been waiting for a month wouldve been the right thing to. Well, now I know, never order from AS again.

Ordered a bash pate for my T7. Patrick confirmed my order quickly, responded immediately when I called with questions, and shipped the very next business day. Product arrived well packaged, was solidly made and at an excellent price point. I was very pleased and will shop here again!
