Horrible customer service. Anthem seems to offer services that no one in the company knows anything about to be able to answer questions or provide any assistance. 3 hours on the phone and still no answers.

I think the worst thing about this company is that they take from us every month in the form of payment and issue edicts. But, are never there for members to answer questions or help. Their employees dispense false information. They funnel our calls to the Philippines, knowing that Americans don’t like speaking with offshore CS reps.

Worst Healthcare insurance company ever. Use another insurance company. Very unfortunate 😕 this is where my employer is through, takes from my check every 2 weeks like clock work, but when it comes to a claim or a needed surgery its denied and hoops have to be jumped, most would give up by now, however I'm not... use another Healthcare provider, this one is a joke and very unprofessional.
