KRISTEN provided me with excellent service and support. Im visiting from out of state and forgot to pack my head gear. I suffer from central sleep apnea so without my CPAP I would stop breathing while I sleep. All week Ive been struggling without it. Luckily, I was able to find advanced medical solutions here in Colorado Springs. Kristen knew exactly which mask I needed and was able to help me put it together before walking out the door, making sure everything worked correctly. I definitely recommend stopping here for any of your medical needs as they have a great location and excellent staff!

Kristen was awesome. I had a few things on my list, she helped me with all of them. When I got home I realized I got one wrong item she got me refunded right away and ordered a replacement for me.

I want to thank Joshua of the AMS Inc medical supply store. He helped me this evening and he probably saved my life!! My oxygen tube broke while coming home from The hospital and I called him just when they were about to close he said maam you just come and we will take care of you . I was worried because they were closing soon and I said, are you sure Im gonna be a few miles away. He reassured me hed be there. I arrived and he greeted me with a huge smile. Everyone in the store gave me a smile. He had the tube all ready for me And I cant thank you enough!! Im going to switch my RX for my oxygen supplies to your store because at 60 years old I will drive out of my way to be treated with such respect and care!! Thank you so very very much !!!
