FRAUD WARNING: I am in the middle of filing a fraud case with a Attorney General against this company. They willingly and knowingly will double bill you and your insurance and bill for services you reject. Then, even after taking hundreds more than originally quoted in autopays, they will bill you for late fees on their 'clever' accounting.
This company is a criminal enterprise who your providers dump you onto. If your doctor wants to service an account through then, find another doctor.

If I could give a - cero... Admin @ TriCare is at fault for using this company. This is the worst company ever. Spent at least 20h on hold and over a week with no resolution.

If you need certain medical equipment the request needs to be submitted online BUT they do not tell you that I had to call 3 times in 2 days to get told the ordering physician needs to submit it online. I called Tricare and got them to change the facility to Major Medical. Tricare obliged called Major Medical, had a wheelchair for my mother within 2 hours of them receiving the request from Tricare.

I told them to take a hike when I went looking for a piece of velcro and they handed me a whole mask in their office like they were gifting it to me since they did not have the velcro head gear by itself, and then later tried to bill me personally for what Medicare would not cover. It has been this way with them for years now but no more! You cannot work with them at all, since they really simply do not care.
