When first coming to this SF agent I thought they were knowledgeable and reputable. Mary has proven me wrong. She informed me one week what my payment would be. The next someone else tells me it's different with an added amount. Then she doesn't return my call and no one else is able to assist as they are solely sales representatives. When I finally speak with her she has no recollection of the previous conversation. It's unacceptable and definitely showed me I need a find a new agency with good customers service representatives who won't add money onto my bill weekly.
Watch out.
My bill wasn't doubled. Mary informed me a week ago what I owed and then the following week it is $80 more. No one can figure out why the sudden increase. That's unacceptable. When you are told a figure you owe you expect to pay that figure and all of a sudden a new figure is presented. Stating possibly roll over from the previous year but if that was the case that would have been the figure I was informed if a week ago. That to me is untrustworthy.
