Rush Cycle - Colorado Springs

I tried Rush Cycle through ClassPass for the first time ever. I had never been on an exercise bike and had no idea what I was getting myself into! When I entered the studio, I was welcomed by the instructor and front desk person. They were both welcoming and patiently explained how the shoes snapped into the peddles. The class was 45 minutes long with a quick warm up and nice stretch at the end. I struggled getting myself to peddle and do the push-ups, my coordination was not getting it! But overall it was a great class to try out and the instructor was great!

The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, helped us with everything we could’ve needed and introduced us to Candace, the instructor, who was awesome. The class was energetic and inspiring, and the music and moves made for a great workout. The bathrooms also have all the amenities, which makes the transition into your day that much easier. Will 100% be cycling in this space, going forward. #convertedsoulcyclesnob

From the moment my friend and I walked in we knew Rush was going to be amazing! Everyone was so nice and so welcoming!! Our instructor Alex was AMAZING! She helped us set our bikes up, and she was amazing during the whole class and kept cheering us on! After the class was over, i felt as if I was on cloud9! I felt so amazing and had such a great time! Alex even reached out to us through instagram and expressed how proud she was of us! It was so sweet!! Rush is definitely a community I want to be a part of and I can’t wait for my next class!! :)
