Absolutely a positive experience all the way around, they really try to pair patients with caregivers that are a good match, my caregiver Loregn has been a godsent angel in my life. I don't know how I ever got by without her

i was a client. Spent several months with them. The attitudes and treatment of the aids are grossly neglect. Including behavior yes, but also including refusing to give pay stubs, give payment for hours worked. getting paid for 15 hours a week when they work 29. and sooo many other things several aids had. But with each, it was exactly the same problems. I finally changed company's because the aids would keep leaving the agency. I finally did after weeks of having someone, one or 2 days a week even though my inc was being charged continually for 29hours. I have no desires to be part of this company.

I see all these ridiculous reviews about pay and I must say I have been going through some hardship and I hadn't even worked for this agency for a week and she was kind enough to give me some money out of my first check upfront! I worked for her at another agency and my clients and I transferred to this agency due to the kind generous good hearted person the owner is!!! I feel it's unfair to leave a review of an agency/company you have never had a personal experience with besides the hear say! Oh on another note if you do NOT like being a independent contractor then simply don't be one!! Dont sign up for something you'll complain about later!!

How does a business stay in business? I see how with this one. All of the good reviews are from employees of the company. Heather makes them give a good review. Well this review is from a former client and I can say I was extremely dissatisfied with service from this company overall. I would get a call from Heather the night before saying who was coming in to work for me the next day. So the next day I wait for the caregiver to show up and no one shows. I call Heather a half hour past when they are supposed to be there and she dodges my call. This goes on for about 2 weeks and then the office manager calls and says she can cover my shift. The office manager did 1 time and then I went another 2 weeks until I finally get a caregiver. She works for me for 2 days and quits because she hasn't been paid by Heather in an entire month. She was a very hard worker and did everything very well. Never once complained about how Iike things done. It takes them another week to get a caregiver in who did a great job but by the time I got her I had done intake with an agency that I can trust.
