Horrible bank . Paid loan off in Aug of 2022. Just got a bill , called in asked what the bills for they said they we found a glitch in December that you didnt pay in June 2022 and you need to pay . Im just so confused on how companies can always just do what they want . Im Trying to figure out what happened . But from the people who work for them to the company itself . They were not friendly and dont care . Just sad . 10/10 dont recommend

Quite literally every single aspect of this company is terrible. Their account management (or lack there of), their quality of service, their customer service, their employees - terrible. Like overwhelmingly terrible. Avoid this company like the plague.

Not a direct client, but could not help with the simple shared branch service I needed...super inconvenient to access ,which I guess isn't their fault
