If you want top notch dialysis care, then this is the place you want to come. Marsha is caring, thorough, knowledgeable and professional. The techs know what they are doing and they take excellent care of you. The Nurses on the floor are right there if you need them for anything and are willing to jump right in and help the patients and the other staff. This facility is new and it is so clean and bright, its a very comforting environment. The Social Worker gets things done. You need help with insurance? Need a referral to a transplant facility? She gets it done!! Thank you for making an otherwise horrible experience more bearable. You are honestly appreciated.

MARSHA SAVED MY FATHERS LIFE: My father traveled to my home here in Colorado Springs to visit and he became very ill due to his dialysis appointments being to spread out scheduled by his home town clinic. I brought my father here to Liberty Dialysis West Colorado Springs and right away Marsha, had bright radiating positive energy and took one look at him and knew right away that he had too much fluids in his body and rushed over to him to take care of him immediately. What stood out to me is that she made me feel like he was in extremely good hands because she not only knew what she was doing but she was VERY PASSIONATE to help him out. After his appointment she let me know that he should be on his dialysis machine for 4 hours instead of 3 hours which is what he was doing at his home clinic. ANOTHER thing that was a TREMENDOUS help was that, after my fathers appointment I called her and she explained to me sooo much on why he needs 4 hours and the proper care he needs and WHY so that I was able to make sure my father gets the proper care. I called Marsha multiple times and even while busy she did an amazing job tending to my needs and making sure my father got back to optimal health in the time that she had with him, although she wishes he could stay longer so she can help him even more. I told Marsha that she mustve been a God send because this was truly helpful and I feel blessed to have gotten my father care, from someone who takes their job seriously and is VERY passionate in making sure patients get the proper care. I hardly ever right reviews and this is my longest one ever but its well deserved. Great job Marsha and thanks again! YOU.ARE.AMAZING!!!!!!!
