The techs at this dialysis center are the best ! All the staff is very caring and compassionate at this facility. However the company that purchased Liberty which is Fresenius. This company has not been the best. Right now, gauze and wraps have been on backorder for months. Patients are purchasing their own off of amazon. This is absolutely ridiculous if we can purchase supplies off of Amazon so can they. We pay enormous amount of money through our insurance. We should not have to buy our own supplies!!!!! Also the techs have changed to long hours in a day and you do not get the same techs regularly because of the weird schedule, to save money for the company.

The staff is excellent. The facility is kept clean. To the lady that says that they nearly killed her husband I would tell her that the staff SAVED his life. I have observed the rapid response several times when a patient needs special assistance.

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!!! They almost killed my husband twice!!!!! I have court records to prove it!!!! BEWARE

The staff here is very good at what they do and are genuinely compassionate. I drive several miles out of my way but it's worth it.
