Ben, the owner of this business is AWESOME! He performed an oil change on my 2012 Kia , he is GREAT ! A very honest , professional, caring person who gives you the lowest and best rates he can ( and I can honestly say , he definitely is a down to earth, honest mechanic who is NEVER trying to up sale you or overcharge you etc. ). I would recommend Ben Ortiz with Mobile Crew Chief to anyone looking for a mechanic who does GREAT work , is honest, reliable and trustworthy. He REALLY cares about his customers and in the 27 years I've been in Colorado..... Ben is the only mechanic I will take my vehicles to from this point forward. So I originally called this mechanic to check on a antifreeze leak. He came out and spent about 5 minutes tightening a hose which fixed the leak (temporarily, turns out. It was leaking from another area) He charged $50 for this and assured me if it was still leaking he would come back out without a service fee. I was originally happy with his service. I scheduled to have my brakes done the same day. The appointment was set for the following Tuesday at 10:30 but he never showed up. My calls throughout the week went un-answered as well as a request for a quote to have my front springs replaced. I would have to say this mechanic isnt very dependable. Eventually I just ended up replacing my own brakes on my day off. I still havent heard back from this mechanic. Also please be aware he is not accredited by the BBB. I was disappointed in the end since my scheduled appointment seems to have been ignored and wasnt called back to arrange another appointment.
