Avis Car Rental

My daughter-in-law's car broke down in Colorado Springs, which is 10 hours from home. She needed a van and it was 30 minutes till closing. I called the rental desk and the agent was very helpful. He got her a van even stayed a little past closing time to make it happen. He made a stressful situation so much better

Worse customer service i have ever received from a rental company. This is my second time here, came back again because the service was good the first time but this time I had the unfortunate pleasure of working with Jody and he was very rude.this RACIST fool Kept me waiting while he attended to other people that came in after me and when i told him I had to leave he gave me the rudest reply. Never again. And fyi customer service gave me a full refund.

First let me start by stating the people who answer the phone are very monotone, and rude especially to elderly handicapped women. They will lease you a car with chunks of rubber missing from the sidewall of the tire. If you get a flat tire and call roadside assistance they will try and charge you over $100 just to put on a donut, get you to pay for the tire, and maybe get refunded upon receipt, and return. They tell you when you lease the car that you can extend the rental, but when you actually try to extend one more day due to hazardous weather and horrible tires upon returning from your fathers funeral which he received a 21 gun salute for serving his country in Vietnam you get told that youve extended the maximum amount and the car will go into repo, and you will be put on the do not rent list. This is a horrible rental company. Just go with Enterprise, or someone else. This company is a joke. Never dealt with someone who could be so rude to the elderly.
