This is the most garbage location I have ever been to. The teller working the counter seemed more inconvenienced that he had to help me than he did interested in actually helping me. Ive been to other locations in the Springs and they have all been far more helpful and professional. I asked if I could close my account due to how unprofessional this interaction today was and was basically told to F off. My account continues to go negative because I cant deposit anything into this account and the solution was to tell me that they cant help me and Ill just have to continue collecting fees while waiting for an ID from the DMV. I dont have my debit card or physical ID and I asked if I could simply get a new debit card shipped to the address ON MY ACCOUNT so that I can deposit money and fix the overdrawn balance and that was also, turned down. Im not even allowed to deposit $50 in CASH without my debit card and ID. I have my Colorado certified mobile app with my ID on it. I was told by the female teller that they have to input my drivers license information in order to do any transactions but if thats the case my mobile ID with my numbers on it, should suffice especially in an emergency. Its a scannable ID. Its legal in this state! My other banks have ZERO issue using my mobile ID. This bank is AWFUL and their tellers are even worse at this location. Chase as a whole is honestly awful to deal with but the customer service by this particular location really did it in for me. I have accounts with both Huntington and BofA as well and both of them were willing to help me even on short notice because my interactions at this location occurred around 4:40pm and most banks are getting ready to close. Do yourself favor and close your Chase accounts, dont open them or simply go to any location aside from this particular one.
