For the last 2 years my escrow portion has been in the negative. These people can't estimate anything. My insurance company said there is something wrong with this bank as the insurance company has only had a rate increase once in the last two years. The amount of the increase doesn't warrant my escrow balance being double what the increase was. CSBT blames the insurance company. CSBT told me to get another insurance company or sell the house. I wonder what they are doing with the money. Not only do I have to pay the deficit, but my monthly payment also goes up. I definitely went with the wrong bank. Don't do any business with this establishment.
