EDIT: Justin and Justin were both FANTASTIC and absolutely made up for the previous issues noted. They went above and beyond to rectify the issues and the vehicle is AMAZING!! Celina and the rest of the staff to include all the shop workers take such pride in their work you will leave with your car knowing they made sure your car was PRISTINE and back to original!!
In the beginning, working with Matthias was great! There has been communication issues with some of the team following through with returning calls when they say and providing timely updates.
My vehicle has been with Eurocars for 3 months now and Im still not getting clear information on when it will be ready. Unfortunately, I was advised today Matthias left and no one was tracking the status of my vehicle. Today, I was once again guaranteed a call back and never received one to provide an update. The last update I received two weeks ago was simply putting on the four tires and the work would complete. Tires should not take 2 weeks to complete.
This is the fifth time I was promised a specific call back and not followed through. I have also had my calls answered and dropped or simply forwarded to voicemail during business hours. I had every expectation to leave a great review for Eurocar and Matthias when completed, but after today, I can no longer do so.
I really need the staff to provide an update and finish the work that was promised as my insurance has already submitted the payments due. Waiting for 3 months for the car to be finished while not being provided timely updates or prompt return calls as promised leaves me very disappointed with the overall customer service provided.
The shop itself seems great and when in person or when I do speak to someone, everyone does seem very nice and attentive! I really hope this review helps fix these issues as I do believe this place does quality work from what Ive observed.

If you prefer your car to be in the hands of a patriarchal, egotistical body shop - this is the place. JT looked at my vehicle for whole 5 minutes then went back to his office with the intention to not write up an estimate. I take great pride and care of my vehicle and am willing to pay as much as it takes to fix it well - being fully aware this is a higher end body shop before I stepped foot into this appointment. I had to go back into the office and insist that JT write up an estimate for repairs (the whole reason I took time out of my day). After giving me the written up estimate, with many condescending comments and microaggressions, was told "we don't usually work on cars this old unless it's a classic porsche." JT made the impression that my estimate or business, which I scheduled an appointment for, was not worth his time. Not great for business if you ask me.
