Goodyear Auto Service Center

I made an appointment and it took them an hour to let me know that they couldn't repair my tire or replace it either. Complete waste of time.

Update** I was forced to go to another shop due to mechanics incompetence and wasted the better half of my day waiting for them to figure out how to do a simple alignment. Original* Rude and offensive staff. Can't trust someone to work on my vehicle if they don't appear to be honest/ decent employees

They were friendly and quick to solve my problem, the front office was very efficient and the mechanics were all friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back for future service.

I have taken my car here a couple times and been satisfied with service. I like that goodyear has coupons available regularly. Also the location is easy to get in and out of. Will continue to go here until something goes wrong. Update: We have taken both of our cars here several times since my original review and every time they have went above and beyond what I would've expected. A couple of times they fixed things at no cost. They are very friendly, fast, and to the point.
