        After taking my fleet vehicle in the battery had some corrosion on the positive terminal. I was notified of this which is good on the other hand if the service department really wanted to earn my business. They should have at least cleaned the terminal. Other service establishments would have done that. I was not impressed!

        Great service experience with my service advisor and service. Terrible experience with over one hour waiting to get the shuttle service ride to work and then having to get an uber anyway.

        I took my truck in at 7am for an oil change and it took 2 hours for service to be completed. That is WAY too long considering I scheduled the appointment in advance and early in the morning to beat any rush or backups. Apparently they misplaced the paper work and had recently upgraded computer software blah blah blah. Unfortunately the slow service is more often the case when I've taken my truck in at AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe. I'll consider somewhere else for my next service to avoid this headache.
