Josh has been our agent for many years. Recently, we wanted to talk with Josh to review our homeowners coverage in light of rising costs and a recent, devastating fire in Colorado. We arranged a call where Josh reviewed our current coverages in detail, answered our questions and recommended some modifications. My wife and I discussed our conversation and his suggestions and sent Josh and Mindi our requested changes. Those changes are in the process of being implemented. Frankly, weve been approached many times to switch our coverages, some at substantial savings over Country. However, our long-term relationship with Josh and his professional handling of our policies, have caused us to stay put. Were quite happy with Josh and Mindis handling of our account.
