I tried getting ahold of Chris because my mortgage company needed him to fax the master insurance policy of my HOA to them. It's been two days and I left messages and emailed him and zero response. You can only ever leave messages at his office and can never get ahold of an actual person to speak with. The message on their phone says they will contact you within 4 business hours but this has not been my experience. Beware! If you want assistance from this agent, my experience is you will be ignored and be unable to ever get an actual person on the phone and if you leave messages or email him, you will be met with silence. A sad experience but there are a plethora of other agents that would gladly want your business.

I have a difficult property to insure. I would feel completely lost right now without Chris Bowick. He has gone above and beyond for me several times now, as I have had difficulties with various policies (I have a 100+ year old commercial property rezoned into residential, and it creates some technical headaches). Chris has tirelessly sought the exact insurance for me, and has reassured me in the meantime (as we have gone through a couple of different policies that we've had to change for various reasons). I'm beyond impressed. :)

Chris is highly knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. This combined with excellent service and rates is what separates his agency from the rest.
