Rob Swanson: Allstate Insurance

Been working with Robs team for years! They handle my car, boat, condo, landlord policy, rental insurance, life and umbrella insurance needs. As well as my kids' car policies. They are honestly like family. Never steered me wrong. Very attentive. I call them at min 2 a month for one need or another. Strongly recommend.

We recently had our basement flood due to all the rain , it's was caused by a busted drain line running under our homes foundation why it was done like this I'll never know not up to code. It was a disappointment being told Allstate doesn't cover this . But they did cover the cost for the water mitigation, and clean up and are reimbursing us for damages to floor and personal property which is a good thing. They are always upfront and honest when talking to them. Totally understand there reasoning behind the claim on busted pipe. I'm glad I have them for my insurance company Thank you Doug
