    We have had our personal insurance here since 2020. Several weeks ago I asked for quotes with similar coverage. I was given some education about the market space right now, which is tough, I admit. I subsequently asked for quotes from all carriers regardless of deductible amounts/coverage changes/etc so that I could make my own informed decision about how much risk I wanted to assume versus premium charged. Stephanie was quick to respond with reasoning as to why she didnt recommend doing that. I continued to ask for the information and she continued to respond without providing it. I finally called and spoke with Rochelle who understood my position and apologized, but said they do not want to be sued in the event of a claim and that providing the quotes would take too much time for them so she suggested I look for another agent. I suspect Im ultimately likely to remain with my current carrier, but wanted to evaluate everything before deciding. The agency unfortunately was more interested in covering themselves than my needs as a consumer. I cant imagine they would ever go to the mat for me in a catastrophic situation, so Ill be looking for a new agency.

CCIG continuously let us down, has awful communication, outdated processes, and terrible customer service. It felt like going back in time 25 years every time we worked with them.

    The sales team lies to other potential customers claiming that they are using a another local business "by name" that doesn't use their insurance products. I could never use a insurance company that lies to get business. Totally unethical business practices and very unprofessional. Some people like to sell their soul with no integrity.
