If you are looking for no nonsense results look no further. I did my homework and I searched a lot of different personal trainers, I chose to go to my lifestyle personal training because they were able to show me examples of real people getting real results. I have been there a little over six weeks and I have already reduced my body fat by over 5% and have removed inches off of my waist line. Yes it requires hard work and yes it requires sticking to what you're being told to do. But they provide an incredible atmosphere that is so positive!! This is a professional family run business that is second to none in the industry. If you want results this is where you go. I highly recommend Joe and his family no matter if you're a professional athlete, young, old or you just want to make some changes in your life these are the people that will help you to get there!!!
