The Ground

Jess is doing my Pilates Instructor Certification and shes truly wonderful! I spent months looking for a program that I thought would align with everything I was looking for and Im so happy to say that The Ground is where I ended up. Jess has extensive knowledge of the human body and the space itself has such a welcoming, open presence. I love coming to the studio as often as I can because I feel the love thats been put into it. The certification program has everything I was wanting to learn from modifications to special populations and the exercises are taught in a way that promotes longevity and are truly designed to rebalance the body. Its exactly what I was looking for and more. I dont think I couldve chosen a better program. Jess also has so many supportive measures built into the program to make sure we succeed and the class sizes really allow us to get hands on form corrections and ask as many questions as we need. Its also totally judgement free and just wonderful. I dont think I can say enough good things about The Ground. Definitely look here for your certification, I truly dont believe you could get this level of education anywhere else. Even if I werent doing the certification program I would pay to take classes and private instruction here because its that good. Cant recommend it enough either!!

I had a tarot reading with Sarah and it was FANTASTIC!! I felt incredibly seen at a very profound level and I could feel in my being the truth of what she was sharing about my current situation. I highly recommend a tarot reading with Sarah - SO worth it!

The Ground is the best!! Owner Jess is phenomenal and is such a caring, highly intelligent, and understanding educator. The studio is very clean and beautiful. Reiki Master, Sarah, is also AMAZING! Sarah is very knowledge and provided such a wonderful experience. As someone new to Reiki, Sarah explained it in full and provided such a great environment for it. Shes thoughtful, highly empathetic, and just really darn good at what she does! Whether you are interested in Reiki for relaxation, pain management, or the spiritual aspects, Sarah is your girl. Ive also had several Tarot card readings from Sarah and she is never wrong and always 100% spot on. Her physic abilities and spiritual intuition is not like anything Ive ever seen before! If you are at all interested in Reiki or Tarot readings, book with Sarah because youll never stop coming back to her! The studio and the instructors at The Ground are top notch and the best of the best. Could NOT recommend them more! 10 stars if I could!

Jess (the founder) is a Rockstar! She has healed my body into better health, when needed. She has a mastery of her Art (Pilates) and knows the human anatomy to fix and maintain. Jess didn't go to med school, but I swear she can see, feel, and fix whatever is out of alignment without any xray or CT imaging. She knows her craft and does it exceedingly well. Without any reservation, I believe Jess and her studio are the best around. And, I've been to a few Pilates "posers." Don't waste your time: go to the Best, see Jess!
