Public Insurance Adjusters of Colorado

We called PIAC after our kitchen caught on fire and we were offered very little by our USAA to cover the loss. The team at Public Insurance Adjusters of Colorado were able to submit a new claim with much more included than in our original claim. After some back and forth with the insurance company, they were able to get me paid for all the damage, plus additional money for the expense of the initial clean-up as well as getting some valuable items replaced, instead of just repaired (which USAA said they would only pay for initially). If you don't want to be screwed on your property loss claim, then use PIAC.

Ranking officers don't even wear a uniform. Drive unmarked vehicles which is illegal and unsafe brought this to there attention many times. I was literally told "I am the law around here". Douchebags

This company was great. I called Public Insurance Adjusters of Colorado because of smoke damage to my house. My insurance company initially denied my claim, they said that there was no fire close enough to my house to cause smoke damage. PIAC reopened my claim, got restoration professionals to my house within 2 days to inspect the damage and give an estimate, they even hired a Meteorologist to show that smoke had indeed been carried by the wind to my property and causing soot and ash to infiltrate my HVAC system and deposit ash and soot on my windows and awnings. PIAC was able to get my insurance company to cover ALL the cleanup and repairs, they were even able to add more claims to my original claim after the restoration company found more areas of soot deposits, they even were able to get me reimbursed to the time a had to spend away from my home while the restoration team was doing their work.
