        I have been fortunate enough to work with Martin Insurance Group as the executive of a local housing nonprofit. Due to the delicate nature of the business, I had high expectations and every point was met with assurance, support, an opportunity to learn and incredible customer service. Scott and Genesis in particular have been patient, professional and enjoyable to work with and I couldn't recommend their services and this company more.

        Shady insurance agent do not use!!!! He sends out fake email to other peoples clients and tries to steal them. A very unethical person!!!! I would give zero stars if this was an option.

      Hello John, firstly, we are sincerely sorry this confusion has occurred and we now see how it has come about. We understand that a prospective client of ours, which was also a client of yours received an email from us informing them of staff changes at our agency. The email was intended for active clients and prospects of ours for our agent John K., who has recently moved on from our agency, and inform them of their new contact in the mean time. Because John K.'s name matches yours, and we failed to include his last name, we can see how it can be misconstrued as attempting to undermine your relationship with your client and we assure you that was never and will never be our intention.
