I want to share the experience I recently had with Taylor moving. Let me preface this by saying that I have moved across the continent and Atlantic on multiple occasions. Never an incident. This move was only 30 miles and there was an incredible amount of damage, most of which Taylor refused to cover because I packed the boxes myself. A 32 year old China and crystal set was 50% broken. Not replaceable since it is no longer made. A decorative crystal bowel was broken. The China and cry’s was packed in original boxes A favorite print was damaged. The leather on an expensive Chair was torn, not repairable. The movers balked at having to cover the newly finished hardwood floor, and retreated to their to truck to “discuss “, all at my expense of $300/hour. They returned from their powwow, partially covered the floors, and to show their displeasure they bounced their dolly over the threshold, surely resulting in damage to my possessions, and multiple scratches on the newly finished floor. I had to have parts of the floor re-finished. If you want to have your possessions bounced around and broken, use Taylor moving.

My move with Taylor Moving last week was awesome! The last company I used was clumsy and slow causing me a lot of damage and stress so I was apprehensive about using another company. I chose Taylor Moving from a recommendation from my neighbor. They were super careful and made me feel at ease with the whole process. What a difference from my last move! I really appreciate all the hard work Taylor Moving did for me and my family. We had a large and complicated pack and move and they made it so much easier. The crews each day were very polite and even made sure my dog stayed inside. The move went smoothly and everything was delivered in great shape. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
