        0 stars would be more appropriate. They called four days before my scheduled move to cancel on me for a Saturday pick up. They offered to pick up the following Wednesday instead, but my apartment couldn't extend my lease to accommodate the movers. I'm on such short notice, it looks like I'm just going to have to sell everything that was supposed to go to storage. Closetbox is a cool concept, but you're taking your chances on execution.
