Horrible bank. Online system doesnt allow you to transfer to other banks, never got my debt card after 2 weeks.

A place. Edit 5/17/21... I fully admit that I am hard headed and am assuredly part of the problem... that being said, I do truly believe that more could have been done. It's alright tho.

Ive tried calling 3-5 times per day for the last few weeks while they had only scheduled office hours only. I still havent gotten an answer. The phone number they advertise on line is not the same as the one on the door. Ive been on hold for 45 minutes with the main number because I need to send a wire transfer and though their website claims that I can do it there, the directions on the site dont correlate with whats actually on the site. Worst bank Ive ever used. Its been a struggle at every step since I opened the account. To their credit, once I finally got in, the staff was very friendly and helpful
