We've been taking our two dogs to Happy Tails for ~10 years now. Never had an issue with them until recently. Considering their higher than average pricing, I would expect a decent client experience. Massive communication issues lead to unneeded frustration, lack of trust, and false information. I've asked for my dog's medical records so I can move them to another clinic, but Happy Tails has not responded.

After being given the run around by another vet clinic, Happy Tails took our golden and did the oral surgery he needed the same day. The price was extremely fair and the doctor called me to follow up with detailed post surgery instructions. Will make this our go-to vet for our fur baby!!!
