Seven Hills Veterinary Hospital

This is not an ER it is only an urgent care despite their signage. My cat had a seizure so I called ahead to confirm they could treat him and they said yes, to bring him in. We came in, they only checked his glucose levels and then told us we needed to go somewhere else for an MRI. We were there for less than 20 minutes but still cost $160. Had they told me on the phone they couldnt treat him I would never have gone there.

My experience was back in 2022. I have been heartbroken about my husky for a long time. My husky would go to Seven Hills for routine visits and wellness exams. She became very sick and started vomiting blood and there was blood in her stool. I took my husky several times to Seven Hills and was told that it was digestive upset. Seven Hills provided meds to help my husky . She was not getting better and we felt like we were just getting brushed off. We took her to Parker Emergency and we really understood how grave our sweet dogs situation really was. She was very sick and it wasnt digestive upset. We put her to sleep based on the Parker vets recommendation. Im still mad at Seven Hills to this day for not taking the time or performing the due diligence needed. I feel guilty for my dogs passing because I trusted Seven Hills.

We had a great experience at this facility. I am always concerned with finding a good place to take care of my dog, and saw on their website that they are accredited by the AAHA, which is what made me choose this location. We showed up in the middle of the night and were so grateful to receive the care we did. Both the technician and veterinarian were incredibly well educated, could answer any questions I asked, and explain concepts in detail. We received treatment for my dog's immediate issue as well as advice and further steps to take once he felt better. Great care, really glad we went.
