Natalie was absolutely incredible. She listened in detail to everything I wanted my hair to look like! She took the time to address all of my insecurities. Her customer service had me completely trusting her to do my hair. She was very informative and patient. Her level of professionalism was outstanding. Natalie and the instructors exceeded all of my expectations and I would recommend their services to anyone. I'm so grateful for the time and care they took to educate me as well as provide an outstanding service.

Empire Beauty School is okay with me. My experience was good. I did not have my hair needed because it was not told to be bring your own hair, however; JaMonica Brooks guided me well. The school did not have any hair for clients, I did leave to get my own. I looked a hot mess by the head at entrance. Needless, to say JaMonica Brooks tighten me right up. Thanks JaMonica! I will return to JaMonica every 2 weeks with a standing appointment. I just know to have my hair if necessary. I went in on Tuesday the day before in hope to get my hair manicured. Instead, I had to schedule an appointment. I was greeted by the Executive Director who was standing at the front desk. I did not get her name from the name tag. I just saw title. The Assistant Executive Director who was sitting a the desk at the time Dawn I think het name was....she was super helpful in recommendations for style and person to be a success at achieving the goal. Upon entering Wednesday morning for my appointment I got an important phone call. Not sure of the person name elder lady sitting at the front desk however she was polite and when I had to excuse myself she was yet nice. So, yes I am VERY VERY VERY PLEASED with my hairstyle and JaMonica the hairstylist. Thanks JaMonica for putting a smile on my face. Everyone I came in contact with from just speaking to small talk with the stylist was nice and friendly. I am really BIG on customer service. Empire Beauty School did well. The reviews before I went for myself were awful, however; my review changes that. Thanks Empire Beauty School for being different than the reviews I read. Honestly, I was sceptical. To those who want to consider the experience. My advise is try it for yourself to from your own opinion. I am glad I did. The students was communicating in helping each other and I saw instructors walking around observing. Nothing is perfect, however; Empire Beauty School has a new client in me. JaMonica Brooks I pray your growth is unstoppable exceeding to unimaginable heights. Happy client!!! Ms. Nancy is a really rude impolite person. She make the experience difficult from how she communicate with the potential clients. Ms. Nancy is the receptionist. This is not just me. I know others who recently had an extremely horrible experience because Ms. Nancy seem as if she did not want the 2 new clients to be clients. Nasty attitude.
