HORRIBLE! I was suppose to test at New Horizons today, but they sent me an e-mail a few hours ago stating that all three of my tests that I had scheduled there were cancelled due to their testing center not being set up. THEY COULD'VE TOLD ME THIS A COUPLE WEEKS AGO! I went through a few hours of rescheduling my previous tests to a different facility in Centennial, CO; which got 5/5 stars. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID, THEY ONLY LET YOU KNOW THAT THEY CANNOT LET YOU TEST 6 HOURS BEFORE YOU ACTUALLY TEST AND YOU RISK YOUR VOUCHER; WHICH COST ME $390. THIS COMPANY IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Do yourself a favor and check out another testing center that has 4 or 5 stars .

Scam artists exploiting graduates and GI Bill recipients for their worthless classes. They insist on meddling with your paperwork and funding as an excuse to fleece students.

Very shady company. Attended their "10th Annual Tech Brunch". The presentation was very sloppy. I "won" a "fully funded grant" for a "Professional Program" and they couldn't even tell me what the program is. They said they would email me details, but never did even after I emailed them and called them to remind them to do so. I called the parent company and they just took my zip code and referred me to the local franchise and then the call was disconnected. Same with the chat feature. Check the complaints on the BBB site.
