Sandoval Roofing recently installed a new roof on a rental property of mine. I advertised an RFP on Craigslist and received many bids. I chose them for the following reasons: 1. They maintain A+ rating on BBB. 2. They have been in business since 2002. 3. They offered one of the most competitive pricing. 4. They were able to start working on the project quickly. They didn't cut corners because of low price. They obtained the permit from the city and passed all inspections. I am pleased with the work.
He also helped me fix a small leak on the roof of my own home, that no other contractors were willing to come because of the small job. I am confident that they will stand behind their work, unlike many contractors that disappear after receiving the last payment.
