Home Restoration I am so pleased to be writing this review about Simplified Restoration and the excellent service I received during the restoration of my home. While I was out in California for a few days, the main water line in my upstairs bathroom broke. It ran for many hours before it was discovered by a neighbor. My first response when I got the call was panic. Then I called to get an emergency plumber to my home, and then called the insurance company who sent out an emergency water restoration group. That took several days. While that was going on, I started looking for a construction company who would be able to come in and restore my homeit was badly damaged with the finished basement destroyed. The upstairs took a big hit too; especially, my bathrooms kitchen and floors, and much more. In addition, my home is an older home and it needed to be brought up to todays building codes. I called a friend who was also in construction and told him what had happened. He immediately recommended Simplified Restoration and said they could do this job. They were called and TJ the owner, and Sherika, project manager, came to my home to assess the damage. When they got to my home TJ did a thorough inspection of my home and showed me all the things that would have to be done. He was obviously, very experienced and knowledgeable regarding restoration and what had to be done after this type of water damage. After his thorough and confident assessment, I knew they were the ones I wanted restoring my home. Hiring SR was the best decision I could have ever made. All of the subcontractors that were brought in to help restore my home were outstanding. They were professional, knowledgeable, very experienced and their workmanship was excellent! The customer service that TJ, the owner and Sherika the project manager and those they hired was outstanding. They made sure I was getting what I wanted and needed. They paid close attention to all the details and the communication between us was always positive and direct. I could call them and ask questions or have a concern and it was always addressed. I really appreciated the times when I was having a hard time deciding that TJ would step in and make things happen in a very positive way. Just seemed to know what was needed next!! Also, Sherika was excellent in handling all the details with my insurance company. There was so much to be done, and I am so grateful she was the expert and handled all of that for me. When the work was complete, I moved back into a beautiful home that is above and beyond what I could have ever imagined. I cannot say enough about how professional, knowledgeable, honest, experienced, and caring they were. Their integrity showed in every aspect of the restoration of my home. I have already recommended them to my family and friends, and I will continue to do so every chance I get. I cannot imagine any better team/company to work with. Thank you Simplified for restoring my home and getting me back into this beautiful, comfortable, peaceful home!!

Had a storm cause hail damage to our property. Was referred to Simplified by a neighbor. The roof their crew was good except they didnt do the permit process correct so it wasnt approved. The insurance paid for better than off the shelf windows so they custom ordered windows. They measured wrong so the windows didnt fit. So they ran to HD and bought the cheap ones instead. They repainted the exterior and it was peeling around the one year mark. The barn had a metal roof that now leaks more than when it was hail damaged. The trim blew off in the wind because they only used a couple screws. The gutters fell off the barn because they used short screws. We tried getting them to fix the problems and they would always respond we are working on getting you on the schedule. Until I gave up and quit calling. They seem nice and responsive but they dont back their work. Edit: thank you for the response. I have the correspondences that I kept getting put off requesting you come repair. You said you would put the repair on the schedule and never come out. I followed up to request the repair and the response was we got busy and will try to come out next week and never did.
