Earlier, I gave a good review. Now leaving an updated one. Turns out my refrigerator water leak issue wasnt troubleshoot well and a few days later the water reappeared on the floor. Called for them to come back out. She blamed me for cleaning out the fridge after he left and knocking food into the drain which caused it so charge me again. Leak was there before? There are a lot of options out there, Im choosing to go elsewhere and maybe you should as well. I miss customer service and you shouldnt be blamed for a lack of problem resolution.

I have used this company a couple of times and while they are pricy they did a fairly good job.  I'm not sure who the woman is that answers the phone now, but she is rude and not helpful at all. I recommended this company to my next door neighbor - the guy came out - did NOT fix the microwave and proceeded to charge $90 for the 15 minute visit.  When my neighbor called to see if there was a way to receive some of that charge back - the woman on the phone hung up on them.  I do not recommend this company to anyone. They over charge and under deliver.  Find a different company - move on from this one.

He was friendly and did fixed the original problem but sadly in the process he created an even bigger issue. Which now we have to replace the entire unit. Unfortunately will not be recommending their services until the issue they created is fixed. Then I will reconsider this horrible rating.

I have used L&G for many years for different services. always happy with quality of service. they are honest in pricing and repairs needed and informative about your options.

Our washer broke recently and we went into Angies list and found LG repair and they have excellent reviews mostly. It was amazing when someone that works for them named Denise got back to us immediately. She promised they would repair between 9 AM and 1 PM. Her excellent customer service seem too good to be true and it was. They broke their promise, kept delaying the time when the person would arrive and ultimately they never came to make the repair. I own a small business myself and see integrity as the most important aspect of a business. A company shouldn't make promises they can't keep.
