True Quality Carpet Repairs

Very professional, quality work, and affordable. We moved into our house last year, and realized shortly after that the previous owners let their dog use the basement carpet to go to the bathroom. We first hired Kris to patch what we thought were the problem areas. He found the exact same carpet, used Killz on the sub-floor and patched in the new carpet. Couldn't tell the carpet was patched at all. Phenomenal job. Unfortunately, the smell didn't go away and a black light revealed the mess was everywhere. Kris helped with some options, recommended Coretec, and helped us find a cheaper price for the look we wanted. After I removed the old carpet and sealed the sub-floor, Kris installed the new flooring including some fancy carpet on the stair tread with Coretec on the risers. Everything came out great. We also had him install new flooring in the guest room and bathroom as well. Kris is professional, responds quickly, punctual, and sticks to his word. We will absolutely work with him again if/when needed.

Kris is a true craftsman. He has rescued us on several occasions with carpet repairs that we didn't think could be saved. Kris is our go to and we HIGHLY recommend him for all flooring needs!

Kris was an absolute pro. Extremely nice and responsive. Needed a quick service to sell my house. Came out within 2 hours to get the job done. And it looks great! 10/10 would recommend to friends and family!
