Boost Mobile

On Mon. 2/11/13 they made a mistake on my plan and had to go back to fix it. Before I went back, I spoke to a female customer service lady, where she almost hung up on me. I kept calling back because I was not done talking and it rang many times. I called about 3 times and she did not answer. I had to send my husband to talk to them directly. It was hard to convince my husband to switch plans to Boost Mobile in the first place. And with this bad experience and other issues he keeps telling me he wants to cancel. He can't forget the bad experience and is willing to switch next month to another mobile plan, even if we have to sell our phones that we just got.
