        We were sad to find out that Mimis has closed all locations except Colorado Springs on January 25th at 8:00 pm So sorry to know another restaurant closed due to the corona virus( covid 19) closed permanently.

        Amazing chicken and waffles. Best chicken and second best overall I'd ever had. Mocha was delicious. Service was fast and my waiter seemed excited to be at work. Very friendly!
