The lady has no motivation to work gave every excuse in the book for us not to be able to rent a car.

We had a reservation to pick up our car at 8:15 PM in Aspen, CO. Our flight was late, yet the location had our flight info. We arrived at the desk and no one was there. The location at the airport closes at 8:30 PM. We called the after hours number and left several messages and sent a text. No one returned our call. We were essentially stranded at the airport. The Alamo desk was still open. We returned a similar car (Luxury SUV) for $600 less. we never received a return call from SIXT, not even the next morning. Terrible customer service.

Is there any better car company to rent from on the planet? I have told all of our property managers and every single person I Stand in line at the airport. Just switch. Just Sixt. I could write a book about what these people and their employees have done for me every time I come. Thank you.
