        We bought a Serra 2.0 series firm bed and 2 coconut pillows. The pillows are heaven and the bed itself is great. However, we ended up exchanging for a medium because we're both side sleepers. Jason made the entire exchange process happen even with technical difficulties from Synchrony (the only reason I'm giving this 4 stars). If it wasn't for Jason I'm not sure what we would've done. I will definitely be promoting the beds, pillows, and Jason in Arvada
