Verlo Mattress of Arvada

My family has always loved Verlo in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin and I was so happy to see there was one in Denver when my son was moving there. They are so nice and helpful (spoke to Cherie, Larry and Randon). I love that they don't upsell, just give you the straight information based on what you ask. The mattresses we have bought there have always worked out well for us, great quality, have never had a problem. They accomodated us in every way possible. All things good to say about Verlo!!!

Do yourself a GIANT favor and buy from anyone else other than Verlo.  They were supposed to fix my defective $3000 mattress before covid started and never arrived to pick up my mattress.  I waited thru covid figuring they would take care of it when things opened back up.  I called and left messages and then emailed their website. I finally got a call back today from the Verlo corporate office.  Guess what!!!!!  They are no longer in Colorado.  Even better they will not fix my defective 3k mattress. Their only "fix" they are willing to do is to send me foam pieces to put between my sheets and mattress!!!!!  Are you kidding me???????  Don't send me a replacement or a refund, just send me foam for me to fix my own mattress!!!!!  I'm sure If they had great customer service the could figure out something to be fair to a customer that has supported them with my hard earned money!!!!!
